YOUTH GYM PROJECT

Loving You Ministries is excited about beginning this new project.  We are at the beginning stages of opening our first youth gym that will serve underprivileged youth in low SES areas. 

We believe that encouraging youth to be healthy and active will help build self confidence and boost self esteem.  In addition, our goal is to inspire youth to focus on positive ways to relieve stress or anxiety rather then turning to other negative alternatives such as drugs and alcohol.
